Sinistcha is one of the best supports in the game. It is able to stay on the field, suppress enemies, redirect attacks, change speeds and so much more. There is little doubt that Sinistcha is an all-around superstar to have on your team.
Here are two suggested builds.
This build focuses on the more meta build with Sinistcha being a Trick Room setter with healing and redirect. Generally, you want to keep Sinistcha in the back to bring in with Hospitality.
Nature: Bold (+Def | -Atk) Ability: Hospitality
Best Stat Point Spread:

This may be a surprising version of Sinistcha for most people but this Pokemon can dish out some serious damage into the right teams. While this is niche, there are some meta Pokemon that would not enjoy running into this off-meta Sinistcha.
Nature: Modest (+Sp. Atk | -Atk) Ability: Heatproof
Best Stat Point Spread:
Both of these are great items for Sinistcha. It just depends on if you are more worried about burst healing or if you need one of these items on another Pokemon for your team.
Sinistcha benefits from coming in later as a support and again, is great with slow Pokemon for Trick Room.
Sinistcha is vulnerable to Fire, Dark, Ghost, Ice and Bug. While it is Bulky, it gets utsped and struggles into Prankster teams.
Teams that can control the Trick Room game and get a strong Dark, Ghost or Fire move can potentially one-shot Sinistcha.
