Best Sinistcha Stats, Moves, Natures, and Abilities in Pokemon Champions

Sinistcha is one of the best supports in the game. It is able to stay on the field, suppress enemies, redirect attacks, change speeds and so much more. There is little doubt that Sinistcha is an all-around superstar to have on your team.

Here are two suggested builds.

Build 1: Super Support Sinistcha

This build focuses on the more meta build with Sinistcha being a Trick Room setter with healing and redirect. Generally, you want to keep Sinistcha in the back to bring in with Hospitality.

  • Move 1: Matcha Gotcha
  • Move 2: Rage Powder
  • Move 3: Trick Room
  • Move 4: Life Dew

Nature: Bold (+Def | -Atk) Ability: Hospitality

Best Stat Point Spread:

  • HP – 32
  • Def – 2
  • Sp. Def – 32

Build 2: Secret Sweeper Sinistcha

This may be a surprising version of Sinistcha for most people but this Pokemon can dish out some serious damage into the right teams. While this is niche, there are some meta Pokemon that would not enjoy running into this off-meta Sinistcha.

  • Move 1: Matcha Gotcha
  • Move 2: Shadow Ball
  • Move 3: Scald
  • Move 4: Calm Mind

Nature: Modest (+Sp. Atk | -Atk) Ability: Heatproof

Best Stat Point Spread:

  • Sp. Atk – 32
  • HP – 32
  • Spd – 2

Best Items for Sinistcha in Pokémon Champions

  • Build 1 Best Items: Sitrus Berry/Leftovers
  • Build 2 Best Items: Sitrus Berry/Leftovers/Colbur Berry

Both of these are great items for Sinistcha. It just depends on if you are more worried about burst healing or if you need one of these items on another Pokemon for your team.

Best Pokémon Synergies to Pair with Sinistcha in Pokémon Champions

Sinistcha benefits from coming in later as a support and again, is great with slow Pokemon for Trick Room.

  • Incineroar: Provides Intimidate and positioning support. Generally considered to be the best Pokemon in the current Meta. Can use Parting Shot to get Sinistcha in the match.
  • Kingambit: A great offensive option to pair with Sinistcha that benefits greatly from Trick Room and Hospitality later in the match.
  • Tyranitar: Tyranitar has been a great beefy option, especially with its Mega in this format. Again, Trick Room and Hospitality help while the redirect from Rage Powder can help save it from Close Combat.

Potential Counters for Sinistcha in Pokémon Champions

Sinistcha is vulnerable to Fire, Dark, Ghost, Ice and Bug. While it is Bulky, it gets utsped and struggles into Prankster teams.

  • Kingambit: A Kowtow Cleave can really cause some serious issues.
  • Mega Charizard Y: Drought plus just about any Fire move can ruin Sinistcha unless you have Heatproof.
  • Basculegion: Facing one in the rain with Swift Swim and Last Respects late in a match will not be an enjoyable experience.

Teams that can control the Trick Room game and get a strong Dark, Ghost or Fire move can potentially one-shot Sinistcha.
