Overwatch 2 will be getting a new Hero soon, and fans are eager to find out who the new addition to the cast of Heroes will be. And now, with the release of a new Freja short, a new character named Emre could be a leading candidate.
Emre was featured in a Freja Short story called Search and Destroy, leading many to believe he could be the game’s next new Hero. You can see Emre in the video below, although the exact details of his potential kit remain a mystery.
Emre’s teaser has led fans to suspect the release of multiple Heroes in Season 21 of Overwatch 2, as we have already seen teasers and leaks for another potential new Hero, Anran.
Right now, the release of both Heroes remains speculative, but we would have to imagine that something will materialize from these teasers.
With multiple Heroes potentially arriving, the competitive meta could shift dramatically, which may also be reflected in Overwatch 2 betting markets, including BetFury.
