Bisontis was a four-star recruit in the class of 2023 who signed with Texas A&M out of New Jersey. He was a Freshman All-American after playing right tackle and right guard for the Aggies in 2023. Bisontis helped the team win seven games that season. He moved to left guard in 2024 and started 10 games. The Aggies were able to win eight games on the year. In 2025, he was Third Team All-SEC and led the Aggies to 12 wins, including a CFP appearance.
Following the CFP, Bisontis declared for the 2026 NFL Draft. He is currently projected to be a first or second-round pick.
Bisontis is a great athlete for an interior offensive lineman at the NFL level. He is able to get a good jump at the snap of the ball, showing good quickness out of his stance. That quickness helps build momentum in the run game and mirror pass rushers. He also shows good agility and body control for the position.
His play strength is solid for the position, which gives him a good mix of athleticism and power. Bisontis is able to move defenders out of the way as a run blocker, demonstrating solid leverage and strength along the way. He can also anchor solidly as a pass blocker with good power to stall rushers.
He shows real pass-blocking potential, as he can mirror interior rushers well. Bisontis stays in front and uses his heavy hands to his advantage. He can mirror pass rushers well, but he can also stall power rushers with his ability to anchor. Bisontis will fit in well as a pass blocker early in his career.
Bisontis has limited length for an interior offensive lineman. His arms measured in at under 32 inches, which is below the league average. This lack of length can allow defenders to shed more quickly if they use their arms well. He also reaches and lunges at times because of his lack of ideal length.
There are times when Bisontis oversets and is susceptible to inside counters. Defenders will have their rush stalled, but they can spin towards the inside and end up getting past him. He needs to trust his technique and movement ability, as he can usually mirror pass rushers well.
He has strong hands and he places them pretty well, but he needs to get his hands activated quickly. If he can increase the speed of his hands, it will help him set the tone for a matchup, but it will also help him with his lack of length.
