Aaron Rodgers is obviously a fine player but he likely retires after one season. The offense beyond that has DK Metcalf and Kaleb Johnson but not much beyond that. The Steelers also have a fantastic defense but it is filled with older players. Feels like a solid team to either rebuild from the ground up or take as is and make a few smart moves to get back on top.
Max Crosby and Brock Bowers are awesome players to build around but when your Punter is the fifth best player on your team, you have some issues. Geno is another aging quarterback that can keep you afloat but this team needs help at a lot of positions.
There are a good mix of younger and older players on this squad. The problem is that this is another team without a direction. They are not great defensively and you are hoping Marv develops and that Kyler Murray finds his literal footing again.
Dexter Lawrence and Malik Nabers are absolute studs. This defense is a great one to build around, feels like with a few upgrades, most importantly a quarterback, that this team could be moving and shaking pretty quickly.
There may not be a harder rebuild in the game purely because of the financial restrctions. While it is worse in real life than in Madden, it is still not great. You do not have a future Quarterback, your defense is average at best and your best offensive players are injury-prone. Good luck with this one.
This is not just a ragebait pick. This team has a lot of pieces for sure but many are aging in a big way and new ownership is needed. Time for you to take over and steer “America’s Team” in a new direction. You have plenty of pieces to trade to get draft picks and whatever else you may need to restructure this team.
The New York Jets, a team that has been without direction for over a decade at this point. Can you be the one to finally lead them to the promised land? You have great defensive pieces and a solid wideout in Garrett Wilson but beyond that, this team needs a lot of help.

Is Anthony Richardson really the answer? Add in more older players including Jonathan Taylor and you have plenty of trade pieces to get your franchise off to a great start. This team is even listed in franchise as Rebuilding, so is there really any question of what to do with the Colts?
The Jaguars have found their way back into rebuilding mode. After a major playoff comeback win over the Chargers it has all been downhill. This team needs a major reset but luckily BTJ and Travis Hunter are great foundational young pieces for you to build around.
Cleveland is back at the bottom, sadly. They are the worst team in the game and are you really surprised? They have four quarters and have no idea which one will start and a lackluster offense to say the least. They have drafted some players but it still feels like a complete reset may be needed for this team and you should be the one to do it.
