In a video announcement, Legends of Runeterra will have Bandle City be its final region for the game. This may come as a surprise to many considering regions like Ixtal, the Void and a few other small regions had not been added to the game yet. For those who may be wondering, the champions for the first part of the expansion have not yet been revealed. They will be in a different video, at a later time.

Bandle City is home to the Yordles for those who do not know. This includes champions like Lulu, Heimerdinger and the one that everyone loves, Teemo. Some of these champions are already in the game and obviously have different regions than Bandle City. This brings up the question, could there be multiple regions for the same champion?
While this question has not been answered yet, it is worth noting that in the artwork shown in the video, Teemo is displayed prominently and no other champion is.
This mystical and magical world, which as they say in the video, is everywhere in Runeterra. The Yordles are able to port just about anywhere in Runeterra. As one can see in these pictures, the scouts that Teemo is a part of will likely have other characters with them. Also, this big purple one will likely have a card in the game as well.
With this, they announced multiple expansions within Bandle City.
They had already planned for two in December and February but decided on a third coming in November. This will coincide with a major event which one can imagine might be tied to the other Riot Games franchises.
