Pick Record from LCS 2023 Spring Week 6: 7-3

LCS Picks Week 7 Spring 2023 Day 1

FLY vs. TL

If Team Liquid play like they did against TSM this is a slaughter. They likely wont but it wont matter unless FLY just throw the game. Look for FlyQuest to get their twelfth win here.

Prediction: FLY Win

100T vs. GG

Maybe it is just delusion at this point but when Bjergsen and Doublelift’s backs are against the wall is when they bring their best. To make the playoffs they will have to go at least 3-2 but more likely 4-1. They find a way to take down one of the best teams in the LCS in this one with Bjergsen getting his signature Zilean.

Prediction: 100T Win

C9 vs. EG

There has been a lot of news surrounding EG and the Danny situation this week. There is no way that is not at least being talked about with the players. Because of the distractions EG lose focus, something that they have done a lot this season. Cloud9 are also just good and will take advantage of that to get a win here.

Prediction: C9 Win

TSM vs. IMT

WildTurtle is not the best ADC in the LCS anymore and is certainly not the worst. It seems as though his style fits what TSM need right now. Even with Bolulu coming in, IMT will need to make a lot of plays to take down TSM. Look for Chime to have a huge game on whatever support he picks.

Prediction: TSM Win

DIG vs. CLG

CLG are 5-2 in their last seven games with both losses coming against FLY. They should win this but Dignitas have looked better at a micro level. Problem is that macro generally wins games and thus CLG are the pick.

Prediction: CLG Win

LCS Picks Week 7 Spring 2023 Day 2

TL vs. C9

Again TL just look completely off. They can win this game when playing their best but even still, Cloud9 are a great team. They will need their best and unfortunately, it is pretty unlikely they bring even that.

Prediction: C9 Win

IMT vs. FLY

FlyQuest are the better team, they win.

Prediction: FLY Win

CLG vs. EG

This game may be pretty close. As stated above, CLG are playing very well. If they want to beat EG they will need to play their style and try to keep jojopyun down. It doesn’t feel like that will happen as he has been playing extremely well these past few weeks.

Prediction: EG Win

DIG vs. 100T

100 Thieves needed a big weekend and it feels like they are getting it here. Dignitas has to be a win. Closer shows out and takes down Santorin once more.

Prediction: 100T Win

GG vs. TSM

While these two teams may be close in the standings, Golden Guardians have been much stronger overall. Not only from their winstreak but the team has shown the ability to do more and play different styles. This game will be close but GG are winning about 60% of the time here.

Prediction: GG Win

Hey! Your GG vs 100T is just a hunch, right? Cause in every aspect of the game (including early game where 100t sucks) GG is way better than thieves, right? 👀
    Thanks!

That is correct! That is why I mentioned it is based on what Bjerg and DL have done in the past. Not exactly what the stats would say.
